10 Points for a Successful Project:

1. Professional plans are required.

2. Be knowledgeable about the specifications on which the plans are based. (ex: size and shape of tub, stove, cabinet,etc.)

3. Have specifications that are important to you already selected prior to plans.

4. Have specifications prioritized with the most important specifiations at the top of the list.

5. List your needs and what you want to accomplish with this addition or remodeling.

6. Realize that more work accomplished in the planning stage makes for a timely project.

7. Keep the notebook for reference and organization during the project.

8. Store all valuables in a safe place during construction.

9. This is a team effort to accomplish the objective for your home or office so remember to be a good team member.

10. E-mails are a good tool in communication.
